Ware & Kay re-launch newsletter with bespoke design
6th October, 2011
Ware & Kay Solicitors provide a full range of business and private client services from their offices in York & Whetherby.
When their marketing manager left to start her own business, Ware & Kay Solicitors considered their options in terms of resourcing various marketing activities. One activity which they recognised could be outsourced efficiently was the production of their client newsletter: The Sentinel.
Ware & Kay had previously purchased legal articles from Berners Marketing when the newsletter was produced in house. Outsourcing the entire process: design, content and production, would make life much easier for partner David Hyams, who also heads the York Commercial Property Department, and practice manager, Andrew Daffern, on whose shoulders the marketing now fell. Whilst Ware & Kay were refreshing their website they also decided it was time to give the newsletter a makeover.
Focused on private client matters, the new look newsletter has a friendlier and spacious feel covering a range of practice areas - and importantly the design is bespoke to Ware & Kay.
"We wanted to re-vamp our newsletter as it was starting to look a little tired and out-dated but we didn't want the hassle of having to come up with ideas of our own! We really like the distinctive appearance of the new design as it gives our newsletter the stronger yet friendlier look and feel that we were hoping for. We no longer see the production of the newsletter as a necessary chore as we have found that by handing the whole project over to Sue and her team it has made the process faster and much more streamlined. We are very pleased with the outcome."
