A solicitor with a strong niche practice set up her own firm, and needed a CRM system to manage her contacts and let them know of the services that she was offering.
A great proportion of her work comes via referrals, often with a long period between introduction and instruction. Therefore a system was required to ensure that all leads were captured effectively and followed up consistently.
