A solicitor with a strong niche practice set up her own firm, and needed a CRM system to manage her contacts and let them know of the services that she was offering.

A great proportion of her work comes via referrals, often with a long period between introduction and instruction. Therefore a system was required to ensure that all leads were captured effectively and followed up consistently.

Berners Marketing implemented Salesforce CRM, and configured the software to suit the profile of the solicitor’s niche client base. Then updates were input as part of our outsourced marketing retainer arrangement.
