SAS Daniels Solicitors reap the rewards of launching their client e-newsletter

After just hours of a newsletter being sent, a client booked an appointment to discuss their shareholder agreement.
Within an hour of sending their first e-newsletter to clients, Cheshire law firm SAS Daniels had received an enquiry from a contact who was not aware of their debt recovery services and had been using an external collection agency. Within hours of their second client email newsletter hitting desks a recipient had made an appointment to come in and discuss a shareholder agreement.
'We had previously sent out a printed newsletter to our clients and contacts but taking into consideration our firm’s CSR policy and the hours it took to produce and send out, we realised we needed to switch to using email marketing.
