CBMI launch Global Brand Protection Service

CBMI has long been recognised for its expertise in product liability, working with some of the world’s leading brands. Originating in California, the firm has developed across Europe and Asia and most recently opened its ninth office in Beijing, China.
Alongside product liability issues, many leading consumer brands are facing daily attacks on their brands, with significant growth in the problem of counterfeiting.
To aid clients with this, the firm brought together a world-wide team of IP & IT experts to launch their Brand Protection & Anti-counterfeiting service.
CBMI has U.S. marketing support based in California, but needed a resource to work with the 3 European offices (Munich, Stuttgart Böblingen) and the three Asian offices (Beijing, Hong Kong, Singapore).
Berners Marketing provided comprehensive support to the European and Asian teams, including:
