Top tip: Set your firm's website as your browser homepage

It could be your firm's home page, your departmental page or the news and events page.

Seeing it on a regular basis will prompt you to keep it up to date.

If you use Internet Explorer:

  • Click on your Internet Explorer icon; you will find this in your Start menu, or the toolbar at the bottom of your desktop window.
  • Type in your prefered URL to Internet Exlplorer's search box at the top of the browser window eg. Berners Marketing.
  • Arrive at the page you desire.
  • Go to the toolbar at the top of the browser, and click on "Tools", then "Internet Options".
  • At the top of the pop-up, you will see a "Home Page" box. The address of the site that you are currently at (eg. http://www.bernersmarketing.com) is there. Press the "Use Current" button to specify this page as your home page.
