Corporate social responsibility
As Winston Churchill said "We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give."
As business has been good to us, we believe it is important to give back and support a variety of charities both in the UK and abroad.
A small charity, Medic Malawi funds a hospital in Mtunthama, rural Malawi, as well as a clinic for feeding the malnourished and an orphanage for 70 children. The charity works and involves the local community as well as receiving support from volunteers around the world and much needed donations. There has been great progress and achievement but there is still so much to be done.
We recycle our toners to support Caudwell Children, a charity dedicated to transforming the lives of disabled children and their families.
At St Mark’s Church in Shelton Stoke-on-Trent, Embrace provide a weekly ‘drop-in’ service for female asylum seekers who are experiencing hardship and social isolation in Staffordshire. This charity provides a non-judgmental, safe and peaceful place for these women and their children, to come together and be embraced by their local community.
