Sue has been working in professional services marketing since 1990 and with lawyers since 2001. With a background in management consultancy, she understands the fee earner's perspective and ensures a focus on delivering tangible results and a return on investment.
Many independent law firms just cannot afford the sort of marketing resources enjoyed by the big law firms, but still need to market themselves effectively. Sue felt there was a gap in the market and set up Berners Marketing in 2004 to provide specialised marketing support to ambitious law firms.
