Sue has over 20 years of experience in professional services marketing, with a focus on delivering tangible results and a return on investment. Having run large teams in house, Sue is very experienced in planning and project management and is known for "getting things done".
Prior to setting up Berners Marketing, Sue was head of business development at Pinsents in Birmingham. Before this she was head of marketing for Bentley Jennison Chartered Accountants, and previously with Touche Ross Management Consultants.
Sue works with firms of all sizes in the UK and internationally, from ambitious start-ups or spin-outs to working with a US firm to co-ordinate the launch of a global merger across Europe and the Far East.
Sue has a particular passion for vertical markets, in the belief that focusing on a particular market provides a valuable competitive advantage.
She is a member of the Law Society Law Management Section, a contributor to the Law Society Gazette In Business Blog and was a judge of the Law Society Marketing Excellence Awards in 2011.
