Implications of AI for Professional Services Marketing

Sue Bramall’s latest article on the potential for artificial intelligence (cognitive technologies) in the marketing of professional services has been published in the magazine PM, Professional Marketing.
Sue provides a ‘no-bull …’ evaluation of the opportunities for anyone responsible for the marketing of professional services – covering the 7 Ps of service marketing: Product (services), People (professionals and clients), Promotion, Price, Place, Physical, Process.
While many pundits are predicting the decline of professional job opportunities, Sue argues that there will be opportunities for tech-savvy professionals, particularly lawyers.
She also highlights the need for our universities to catch up and provide appropriate courses for the lawyers of the future.
