
Persistence pays for Arnheim & Co with E-newsletter
A longstanding contact of several years finally called Arnheim & Co with their first instruction following receipt of their latest email newsletter.
“We have been in touch for many years, but had never had any work from this particular contact,” explains Principal, Chris Arnheim. “We launched our client email newsletter about eighteen months ago and it has been an ideal way of keeping our name in front of clients and contacts on a monthly basis. Each month, the phone always rings from people who are reminded of me when they receive the newsletter and this month I was delighted to get an instruction from someone that I have known for such a long time.”
“Of course it is not all down to the email marketing, but that definitely helps remind people of what we do, and I find it a very effective way of raising our profile” says Chris.
